  • Do I need a passport?

  • Air Travel, Connections and Delays
Bon Amis Travel is not affiliated in any way with the airlines. Airlines have their own requirements. Airport arrival should always be 2-3 hours before your flight departs. Checked baggage is required to be at airport 1 hour before the flight. If you miss your flight due to tardiness, Bon Amis Travel is not responsible for this. If you are seeking a refund, that is between the traveler, their travel insurance company and the airline. Air travelers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to deplane, get your luggage and meet your group at the designated location. The designated place will be identified prior to the trip. If your vacation package does not include airfare, travelers are required to provide Bon Amis Travel with their flight arrangements. If there are changes in your flight times once you are checked in at the airport, travelers are also required to notify your group leader.
  • Travel Insurance
Bon Amis Travel strongly suggests all travelers purchase Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance that has a medical component to it. This protects the amount of monies spent on your vacation. Google can provide you with a list of carriers that offer this coverage. If you have employer sponsored medical insurance, most times; that insurance does not cover medical expenses while traveling. Always double check your policy. Invest in insurance coverage that will cover you should the need arise to medically evacuate you from the destination. Any questions about what is or what is not covered by your travel insurance carrier should be addressed directly with the travel insurance carrier. Bon Amis Travel is not affiliated with any travel insurance carrier. It is the responsibility of the traveler to read their insurance policy to determine coverage.
  • Vaccinations
Bon Amis Travel will journey to destinations that may require vaccinations. Once the travel destination has been set, please google "what vaccinations are required for travel to" and your destination and it will suggest a list of vaccinations. It is suggested you present the list of vaccinations to your physician and decide what's best.
  • TSA PreCheck & Global Entry
Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance through airport Customs once the traveler returns to the United States. Global entry is only available at select airports and is valid for 5 years. Global Entry Memberships includes TSA PreCheck. TSA PreCheck is an expedited program that gets travelers through TSA screening. TSA PreCheck is only available at select airports and is valid for 5 years.
  • Room Sharing
If you are sharing a room with someone, both travelers must pay his or her deposits on the same day to secure the reservation. If for some reason, one of the parties cancel; the remaining party's reservation with convert to a single occupancy reservation and will increase.
