For AIR TRAVEL, Cancellation Policies will vary by Airline. If you've purchased travel insurance, the cancellation process and penalty will be based on your insurance carrier's policy. If you did not purchase travel insurance - the decision is in the hands of the airlines. Some airlines will offer a travel credit for future travel use and some will not offer a travel credit or refund of any sort.
